Meet your host
Nick Muxlow

The workshop is being hosted by Nick Muxlow. Nick is the author of the bestselling 'Run Fit - Improve your running, finish with a smile'. An accomplished level 4 performance running coach he has a drive for allowing others to reach their full potential.

Nick is a sub 4hr Tarawera 50k runner and the coach of multiple ultramarathon winners. Additional to this he has coached mid pack and back of pack runners to 1 hour + PB's as well as other to complete the race for the first time.

Nick speaks regularly to endurance athletes and professional associations and is well known for allowing runners to get run fit and finish with a smile.
