As you build towards your next big race make sure you have a varying focus with your runs. The runner who improves the most, has the best day out and more fun in training will not always be focusing on the same thing.

As always make sure to vary your training regularly to allow you to maintain motivation, reach your personal best and have more fun on the trail.

Enjoy the adventure.

Run, smile and have fun!
