Nick Muxlow is an Australian-based ultramarathon coach and runner who loves to inspire, educate and help people achieve the dreams they never thought possible. Nick has competed in seven Ironman races, won both the State Trail Championships and State Ultramarathon Championships and finished the Ultra Trail Australia (100km) in under 11.5 hours on his first attempt. He believes it is important to not only teach the athlete what they are doing, but for them to know why they are doing it.

I spent a long time just going for a run, and not really seeming to improve. But then training with you and trying all these different techniques really showed me that I could do so much more. I learnt a lot about myself, my strong will, and determination, as well as a capacity to achieve things that I had never paid any attention to, because previously, they were just ridiculous & un-achievable distances. It's all evidence that just doing km after km in training doesn't necessarily get you the best results. It's what you do in those km's that really makes the difference. Thanks for all your help.
